Scottish classic specimen of "nailhead" Calcite crystals that have overgrown an earlier generation of scalenohedral Calcite crystals. Pyrite grew on the earlier Calcite generation resulting the conical shaped phantoms of Pyrite within each crystal. Ex. Ydren collection, 6.5 x 4.5 x 3.5 cm.

Transparent V-twin crystal with a better gemmy yellow color than photos indicate. This is rare material from old stocks in Turkey, no more is being found as the deposit has been exhausted. Gemmy Diaspore crystals are rare and the V-twins even rarer - only 10% or less of the find were these V-twins, 3.5 x 2.5 x 1 cm.

Transparent V-twin crystal, long 4.2 cm arm has typical ragged termination, shorter arm has damaged end. The V-twin is included by thin, straight crystal of 2.3 cm midway along the long arm. 10% or less of the find were these V-twins, and this deposit has been exhausted, 4.2 x 3 x 1 cm.

7cm Stibnite crystal spray set in white Barite crystals. Attractive old (30 years?) specimen from the Clifford Kruger collection. "Cliff" was a local collector and is pictured in the 1978 "Rogues' Gallery" in the special "50-Year History of the Tuscon Show" Mineralogical Record issue . Size 11 x 8 x 8 cm.
